Join senior business practitioners as they share unvarnished stories from their AI implementation journeys. Our panel will explore four critical areas:
- Scaling Through Challenges: What it takes to move from pilot to deployment at scale
- Building Talent for the AI age: What the 2030 skills mix looks like and the process to get there
- Capturing Real Value: How to drive AI impact beyond the buzzwords, from efficiency gains to revenue acceleration and greater customer engagement
- What Works (and What Doesn’t): Hard-won lessons from the trenches, including practical first steps and strategies for leading a successful transformation
This isn’t another theoretical discussion! You’ll hear candid perspectives on actual implementation efforts, complete with the missteps and breakthroughs.
We’ll conclude with an apéro dînatoire for networking and in-depth discussions. RSVP before November 18.
Insead Alumni Association Switzerland is leading the organisation of this event.
